摘要
本文首先强调目前全球生态环境形势已经相当严峻,然后指出ICT对气候变化而言是一把双刃剑,关键是要让ICT的正面影响明显大于负面影响。在介绍了一些ICT企业在节能减排方面的表现之后,指出未来该做的一些事情。
The paper firstly emphasizes the serious situation of the global ecological environment at present, then points out that the ICT is a two-edged sword for climate changing and the key is to make the positive effect of ICTs use significantly larger than the negative effects. Finally, the paper presents what we should do in the future after introduction of efforts of some ICT companies in energy saving and CO2 emission reducing.
