简要回顾了结构防灾减灾设计概念的发展；从结构的分灾思想、分灾元件、分灾模式、分灾设计基本原则等方面，系统研究了“基于分灾模式的结构防灾减灾设计概念”；讨论了分灾模式与结构控制的关系；通过对典型结构设计的分析，说明分灾模式的设计概念是可行的，有助于结构的防灾减灾以及工程师形成可操作的数学模型．

The development of structural design against natural hazard is reviewed briefly.The structural design based on damagereduction is studied, and the relationship between damagereduction mode and structural control is discussed. Examples show that the method herein is rational and hlepful to structural design against natural hazard.
