摘要
介绍触发测头的工作特点，并提出一种新的采用触发测头进行曲面自动跟踪测量的方法．该方法采集速度快、精度高，可以应用在数控机床上实现工件的数字化采集，尤其适用于薄壁易变形工件的数据采集．
This paper introduces the characteristics of touch trigger probes and presents a new method of tracing and measuring curved surface which can be applied to CNC machine tools.
