采用分段喷油改善柴油机排放的研究

摘要 用分段喷油器实行分段射油以改变喷油特性;使喷油的初期速率降低,而在喷油持续期内逐渐升高.这样使燃烧初期放热率减缓而随后逐渐加快,从而可以改善柴油机的排放并降低燃油消耗率.对使用分段喷油器的喷射规律作了研究并在单缸试验机上进行了试验.试验表明,采用分段喷射装置后在微粒未增加的情况下,NOx有所降低. To reduce diesel engine emission, the study was conducted to change the common injecting rateshaped by a split injector. An optimized split injection allowed that the initial injecting rate was reduced and the main injecting rate was speeded up. The injecting rate characteristics have been measured and the injection system has been performed in a single cylinder test engine. The test results show that the split injection has a tend of reduced NOx as the quantity of fuel in the first injection is appropriate without increasing particulate emission.
