摘要 乳腺癌是一种激素依赖性肿瘤,雌激素水平升高与乳腺癌的发生密切相关。雌激素通过与其受体(ER)结合以及与雌激素本身代谢产物毒性2条途径参与乳腺癌的发生。近年研究发现基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)及其受体CXCR4与乳腺癌的关系十分密切,雌激素通过对SDF-1/CX—CR4信号通路的影响在乳腺癌的生长、增殖和转移中发挥作用。这些新的发现为乳腺癌的治疗提供了新的思路和靶点。 Breast cancer is a kind of hormone-dependent tumor, the high level of estrogens is an important risk factor of breast cancer. There is evidence that estrogens through estrogen receptor (ER) signaling pathways and estrogen metabolic products participate in the development and progression of breast cancer. Recentally, studies demonstrated that SDF-1 and its receptor CXCR4 are involved in breast cancer. Estrogens play an important role in the growth, proliferation and metastasis of breast cancers through SDF-1/CXCR4 signaling pathways. These findings may provide a novel therapeutic target for breast cancer.
