研究了设定标准条件下层次分析法（ＡＨＰ）的应用问题．讨论了给定标准条件层次分析法的性质，构造了在此条件下的定量因素判断矩阵及其算法，分析了这一算法的合理性，修正了一致性检验的公式．结合城市基础设施建设标准实例，对该计算方法进行了初验，证明了该方法具有数据易得、操作性强的特点．

The application of Analysis of Hierachy Process (AHP) at set standard conditions was studied. The properties of AHP in given standard conditions were discussed; the quantitative judgement matrix method and its algorithm in this condition were constructed; the rationality of this algorithm was analysed and the uniformity test equation was revised. The algorithm was examined initially by combining the standard example of the construction of urban basic facilities. It is certified that this algorithm has the advantage of obtaining data and operating easily.
