摘要
通过导出的温度传感器的温度电压特性线性化电路参数Rs和Rf应满足的方程组,在(Rs,Rf)变数平面内对该方程组的性质进行了分析,并提出了求解这一方程组的数值计算方法和计算传感器非线性误差的理论公式,其理论计算与实验结果吻合较好.
The authors derived out a system of equations which are satisfieel by Rs and Rf,where Rs and Rf are the linearization circuit parameters for temperaturevoltage characteristic of temperature sensor.The authors andyzes the properties of the system of equations is the (Rs,Rf) variableploue and proposes the numerical computational method for solving the system of equations and the theoretical formole for computing the nonlinear error of sersor.The theoretical computations and the experimental results are agreeable quite well.
