摘要
利用LiIO_3晶体的倍频效应,我们成功地研制了SHG自相关测量装置,分別用于长、短波长半导体激光超短脉冲的测量。
By using the second harmonic generation of LiIO_3, the measuring equipment has been successfully developed which can be used for measurement of ultrashort optical pulses from semiconductor laser diodes in both short and long wave band.
