摘要
对羌活属植物(2种1变种)的染色体数目和核型进行了研究.研究表明,它们的染色体数目为2n=22,核型公式可分别表示为:宽叶羌活2n=22m,卵叶羌活2n=18m+4sm,属“1A”型;羌活2n=12m+10sm,属“2B”型.
Chromosome number and karyotypes are reported for 2 species and 1 variety of the genus Notoperygium.It is found that all of the species reported are dipolid and the number of chromosome are 22.The karyotypes can be formulated as follows:N.franchetii 2n=22m,N.franchetii Boissieu var.oviforme (Shan) H.T.Chang 2n=18m+4sm,N.incisum 2n=12m+10m.The karyotype asymmetry demonstrated that N.franchetii Boissieu and N.franchetii Boissieu var.oviforme (Shan) H.T.Chang belong to “1A”type,N.incisum Ting ex H.T.Chang “2B”type of stebbins karyotype symmetry.
