羌活属2种1变种植物的核型研究

STUDIES ON KARYOTYPES OF 2 SPECIES AND 1VARIETY OF THE GENUS NOTOPTERYGIUM

对羌活属植物（２种１变种）的染色体数目和核型进行了研究．研究表明，它们的染色体数目为２ｎ＝２２，核型公式可分别表示为：宽叶羌活２ｎ＝２２ｍ，卵叶羌活２ｎ＝１８ｍ＋４ｓｍ，属“１Ａ”型；羌活２ｎ＝１２ｍ＋１０ｓｍ，属“２Ｂ”型．

Chromosome number and karyotypes are reported for 2 species and 1 variety of the genus Notoperygium.It is found that all of the species reported are dipolid and the number of chromosome are 22.The karyotypes can be formulated as follows:N.franchetii 2n=22m,N.franchetii Boissieu var.oviforme (Shan) H.T.Chang 2n=18m+4sm,N.incisum 2n=12m+10m.The karyotype asymmetry demonstrated that N.franchetii Boissieu and N.franchetii Boissieu var.oviforme (Shan) H.T.Chang belong to “1A”type,N.incisum Ting ex H.T.Chang “2B”type of stebbins karyotype symmetry.
