摘要
报道了SnO2-ZnO二元系半导体陶瓷体及其薄膜的制备方法,材料的电学、光学、热敏、气敏和湿敏特性,以及掺杂和热处理对材料特性的影响.SnO2-ZnO半导体陶瓷材料有很好的稳定性,是一种多功能复合半导体材料,在光伏技术。
The preparation method of the SnO_2ZnO binary semiconductor ceramic material and its properties of the electricity,the optics,the thermal,gaseous and humid sensitivity,and the influence of the heattreatment are reported.The material has a high stability.It is a multi-function composite semiconductor material and has been applied in photovoltaic technology,sensitivity science,instrument and appearance domain.
