摘要
测试8株剑麻斑马纹病病原菌烟草疫霉菌在不同种类培养基,不同pH值、温度、湿度、光照的培养条件下的生长速率。结果表明:所有参试菌株之间菌落、分生孢子形态及其大小总体变化幅度不大;病原菌的最适生长条件为温度26~28℃,pH6.0~7.0,光照为24h/d,湿度为90%~95%,培养基为CA培养基。
Eight isolates collected from Guangdong and Hainan provinces were selected to identify their biological characteristics under different levels of temperature, illumination, medium, pH and humidity. No significant difference was found in morphology and size of the colony and conidia in all tested isolates. The pathogen grew the best on the CA medium at the temperature of 24-28℃, pH 6.0-7.0, continuous illumination 24 hours and humidity 90%-95%.
