我国南方红壤地区土壤质量评价研究进展

Progress of Quantitative Evaluation of Soil Quality in the Red Soil Region of South China

综述近年来我国南方红壤地区土壤质量评价研究的成果,指出土壤质量评价指标、评价方向、评价标准等方面存在的不足,以及今后研究的发展趋势。

The red soil region is one of the main regions that produce foodstuff, cotton, oil and sugar in China, and also produce rubber and pepper, but agriculture in this region has been markedly affected by soil degradation for a long time as a result of special weather and irrational cultivation system. Soil quality is the key for sustainable agriculture. The results of soil quality evaluation in red soil region of South China are reviewed, and pointed out are some shortcomings in soil quality evaluation such as the methods, indicators, direction and standard for evaluation of soil quality. The development in evaluation of soil quality in the future is proposed.
