四合木水浸出液对几种植物种子萌发及幼苗存活的影响

The Effects of Maceration Extract from Tetraena mongolica on Germination and Seedling Survival

分别用清水，四合木根际土壤水浸出液、四合木的茎叶、根、整株部分的水浸出液滴浇培养皿中的四合木（Ｔｅｔｒａｅｎａｍｏｎｇｏｌｉｃａ）、沙冬青（Ａｍｍｏｐｉｐｔａｎｔｈｕｓｍｏｎｇｏｌｉｃｕｓ）、麻花头（Ｓｅｒｒａｔｕｌａｃｅｎｔａｕｒｏｉｄｅｓ）、扁蓿豆（Ｐｏｃｏｃｋｉａｒｕｔｈｅｎｉｃａ）、小叶锦鸡儿（Ｃａｒａｇａｎａｍｉｃｒｏｐｈｙｌａ）等植物的种子，发现水浸出液对植物种子的萌发与幼苗存活均有不同程度的影响，其中以整株水浸出液的影响最大。

 The seeds of Tetraena mongolica,Serratula centauroides,Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,Caragana microphylla soak in the water and maceration extract from different parts of Tetraena mongolica (such as soils nearby roots,stems,roots and integral plant materials) in the culture dish.The germination and seedling survival are affected by maceration extract differently,and the maceration extracts from the integral plant affect them most heavily.They mainly showed as the rotten and wilting in roots.
