摘要
本文介绍系统集成OEIC的进展,阐述该领域集中研究的三个系统目标——集成先发射机、集成光接收和集成光开关芯片。最后介绍了日本光技术实验室(OTL)构思的九十年代OEIC发展蓝图。预言下一世纪的信息产业中光电子将与微电子平分秋色,互为融合。
The advance of Systematic Optoelectronics Integrated Circuits (OEIC_s)is introduced in this paper. Three systematic object——integrated photo emission device, integrated photo receiver and integrated photon switch core chips are expounded, which are concentrically studied in this field. Finally, it is to introduce the OEIC, development blueprint in the nineties, which is according to the plot of Japanese Optical Technology Laboratory (OTL). It is to predict the photoelecton will compare favourably with microelectron and they will mix together each other in the information industry by next century.
