摘要
为满足椭圆活塞数控车削对伺服系统的快速性要求,基于模糊数学理论设计了一类自校正PID控制器,该控制器通过模糊推理来实现控制器参数的实时优化,从而实现过程的自适应控制,在实际应用中,参数优化过程即模糊推理过程,它是通过查表来实现的,因而算法实现简单、占用CPU时间短。在直线电机伺服系统中应用该控制器,实验取得了令人满意的效果。
In order to meet the requirement of high speed to the servo drive in turning oval pistons, a kind of self tuning PID controller based on fuzy mathematics is introduced. It optimizes the structure of the controller by fuzzy reasoning. Because the real time optimization of controller parameter is carried out by fuzzy reasoning, it is easy to realize with a little CPU time and obvious effect. When it is applied to the servo drive for linear motor, a satisfactory result is produced.
