摘要
街道办事处作为区政府的派出机构,在城市的管理与建设中处于一线位置,其行政效率的高低直接关系到城市居民的福祉。现阶段,街道办事处在绩效管理方面还存在不少问题。在城市街道办事处内部设计简单易行、科学的绩效管理方法,对提高街道办事处的工作效率、更好地发挥街道办事处的作用有着重要的意义。
The subdistrict office, as an agency of the regional government, lies at the front line in the administration and constntction of the city. Its administrative efficiency is closely related to the well-being of urban residents. At present, many problems exist in the performance management in those offices. Therefore, it is of great significance to design a simple, work- able and scientific performance management method in the subdistrict office, thus to promote the work efficiency and bring the office to a better play.
