孕期妇女生命知识现状及影响因素分析

Investigation on health care knowledge of pregnant women and associated factors

目的了解孕期妇女生命知识知晓现状并探讨相关影响因素,为针对性开展孕期妇女生命知识健康教育提供理论依据。方法随机抽取240名孕期妇女进行调查,采用面对面访谈形式获取孕妇关于孕期相关生命知识的资料;应用构成比和知晓率对资料进行描述,应用非条件Logistic回归分析探讨可能影响孕期妇女生命知识知晓率的因素。结果孕期妇女生命知识知晓水平较低;影响孕期妇女生命知识知晓率的因素主要有家庭年均收入、对分娩的紧张情绪、与公婆关系和居住地4个因素。结论卫生管理部门和妇幼保健人员应针对性地加强孕期妇女的健康教育工作,不断提高孕期妇女生命知识的知晓率、自我保健意识和防病技能,更好地保障孕期妇女的健康。

Objective To examine the awareness status of health care knowledge among the pregnant women and associated factors, so as to provide a theoretic evidence for health education aiming at pregnant women. Methods 240 randomly selected pregnant women are interviewed face-to-face to collect the information on health care knowledge. The logistic regression analysis is used to explore the potential associated factors with the awareness of health care knowledge. Results The awareness rate of health care knowledge is very low in pregnant women, and four factors may influence their awareness rate, including average family income, nervous emotion for delivery, relation with women＇s parents-in-law and inhabitancy. Conclusion Health care department should pay more attention to the health education among pregnant women so as to increase their health care knowledge, self-care consciousness.
