重复性“饥饿-再喂食”对黑鲷补偿生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在盐度26.5~27.0、温度(24.0±0.8)℃条件下,研究了重复性"饥饿—再喂食"处理对黑鲷补偿生长的影响。试验鱼的平均体重为118 g(110.5~126.8 g),投喂人工配合饲料。对照组C连续喂食40 d,4个处理组S1F4、S2F8、S4F16、S8F32分别为饥饿1 d喂食4 d(共8个周期)、饥饿2 d喂食8 d(共4个周期)、饥饿4 d喂食16 d(共2个周期)、饥饿8 d喂食32d(共1个周期)。主要结果为:(1)黑鲷经过重复性"饥饿-再喂食"处理后,S1F4、S2F8、S4F16、S8F32各处理组均出现完全补偿生长效应,且这种效应主要是通过提高饲料转化率来实现的。(2)经过重复性"饥饿-再喂食-…"处理后,鱼体的生化组成与对照组的水平相比有所变化,即蛋白质含量增加,脂肪含量下降,水分和灰分含量基本不变。本实验结果可为黑鲷养殖中高效投饵技术的形成提供科学依据。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of repetitive "starvation-and-refeeding" on the compensatory growth response in black porgy by feeding the artificial pellet, with initial wet weight of 118 g (between 110.5 g and 126.8 g) at salinity of 26.5-27.0 and temperature of (24.0±0.8)℃. The control group was fed continuously for 40 d, while the treatment groups were subjected to repetitive cycles of starva- tion-and-refeeding (1:4, 2:8, 4:16 and 8:32 days for group, respectively by fixing on starvation period of 8 d and feeding period of 32 d).The results showed that: (1)The complete compensatory growth was observed in the different groups S1F4,S2FS,S4F16 and S8F32 after the periodical treatment of "starvation-refeeding" and the effect mainly resulted from the significant increase of food conversation efficiency in the recovery growth. (2)Compared with the control group, protein content within fish increased slightly, while lipid content was decreased, and no more changes occurred in moisture content and ash content after the recovery period. The results from repetitive "starvati'on-and-refeeding" supplement information for efficient and scientific feeding technique in the culture of black porgy.
