摘要
根据青岛市实际情况,建立了水资源管理模型,该模型不仅考虑水资源本身,而且考虑了社会、经济、环境及水利工程等与水资源关系密切的诸多因素。该模型采用了多年系列动态模拟方法,对地表水、地下水及各种可利用水资源之间的相互联系和转化以及不同分区不同用水部门之间水的利用进行了联合调度模拟计算,并应用多目标决策评价方法对不同管理方案进行了评价和排序,为青岛市水资源的科学管理和规划提供了依据。
Water resources management model of Qingdao City is built according to local actual situation. Not only water resources but also other factors such as society, economy, environment and water resources projects etc. are considered in this model. The method of longterm dynamic simulation is used by which the correlation and transformation among surface water, groundwater and various available water resources, and the utilization of water resources among different areas and different water use divisions are jointly dispatched and simulated. The calculation results of different management plans are evaluated and sequenced. Their evaluated results provide scientific basis for the rational management and water resources planning in Qingdao City.
