The world today is in the course of change, in which the peace and development is still the theme of the times. Pursuit of peace, development and cooperation has been an irresistible historical trend. In such situation did the China Communist Party propose to build a harmonious international new order and to develop itself in peaceful international environment so as to safeguard the world peace and to promote common development.
