摘要
经过国际社会多年的不懈努力,2007年世界主要毒源地之一的"金三角"地区的毒品种植降至百年来的最低点。尽管如此,它对与之毗邻的我国西南边疆地区带来的危害依然不可轻视。拟在对西南境外毒品问题最新发展趋势分析的基础上,揭示其在21世纪初对我国西南边疆地区造成的不可忽视的多方影响,并在此基础上提出相关的对策。
The pain-taking effort of the international community has reduced the production of drugs in Golden Triangle to the minimal amount in one hundred years in 2007. However, drugs problems still have a negative impact on the border areas in the southwest of our country. This paper is intended to make a study of drug problems and its impact on border areas and to present encounter-measures accordingly.
