摘要
本文介绍单片式8～12μm 4×4(16元)PbTe/PbSnTe异质结光伏探测器制造工艺中几个主要问题,报导器件性能及其在串-并扫实时红外热象仪(红外前视)中的应用。
The some important problems of the technological process in the monolithic PbTe/PbSnTe heterojunction photovoltaic detectors of the 8～12μm 4×4(16 elements) array are described. The performances of this device and its applications in the real-time thermal imaging infrared system of the series-parallel scan (forward-looking infrared system) are reported.
