Harmonious relationship between teachers and students, the core to build harmomous campuses is one of the essential goals of constructing model higher vocational colleges and helps model higher vocational colleges to function as ＂Model＂. This article explores the connotations and features of harmonious relationship between teachers and students of model higher vocational colleges and analyzes factors which may cause unharmonious relationship. It also points out that harmonious relationship between teachers and students depends on the great efforts of colleges, teachers and students.
