Study on Protecting Cultivated Land by the rules of Market Economy

研究目的:在土地承包经营权流转情况下,如何运用市场经济规则,发动农民保护好耕地,为决策者制订政策提供依据。研究方法:多因素综合分析研究。研究结果:提出了运用市场经济规则保护耕地需要解决的问题和具体方法、措施。

The purpose of this paper is to provide policy reference for decision makers in how to operate the rules of market economy and arouse the peasents to protect cultivated land in the market for transferring land contract and management rights. The author points out the proplems, and puts forward the detailed methods and measures in the protection of euhivated land.
