基于GIS和RS的流转耕地用途变化研究——以重庆市忠县为例

Study on the Circulation of Cultivated Land Use Changes Based on GIS and RS—A case study of Zhongxian,Chongqing Province

基于GIS和RS技术,以重庆市忠县为例,对区域2002～2007年农地流转中耕地的用途变化的数量特点、空间差异进行了研究。研究表明:流转耕地的用途变化趋势主要是耕地变为建设用地、耕地变为园地等其他农地、种粮田变为非种粮田,流转耕地总的用途变化率达69.13%。流转耕地在空间分布上存在着差异,初步了解农业比较效益低和农地流转机制不健全是推动流转耕地用途变化的主要原因。

Using ＂RS＂ and ＂GIS＂ technology, based on the actual investigation, analysis of the circulation of cultivated land use changes in the number of features, the difference in spatial in Zhongxian from 2002-2007.Research shows that： Circulation of cultivated land use change rate is 69.13%. That were changed for non-agricultural land and other agricultural land, some change for non- cultivated. Circulation of cul- tivated land use change has quiet difference in different disdrict. With the initial understanding, the main reasones for land use change are the low efficiency of agriculture and the mechanisms of agricultural land transfer.
