摘要
活性污泥数学模型广泛应用于污水处理厂的设计与运行控制.为优化焦作市污水处理厂氧化沟工艺的运行条件,基于活性污泥1号模型,以缺氧区体积、混合液回流比、溶解氧等参数构成不同工况,进行了稳态模拟分析.结果表明,最佳工艺参数组合为缺氧区与好氧区体积比为1∶2,内循环回流比200%,好氧区溶解氧质量浓度维持在3.0 mg/L,出水达到国家二级标准.选定工艺条件下,污水厂运行能耗低,系统对水量和水质负荷变化的耐冲击能力较强.
Activated sludge models (ASMs) have been widely applied in wastewater treatment plant design and control. ASM1 was used to optimize the control strategy of oxidation ditch in Jiaozuo wastewater treatment plant. The influence of three parameters on effluent quality, including anoxic zone, mixture liquid eircumfluence and DO, were analyzed through simulation. According to the simulation analysis of the effluent under different condition, the ideal, which operating parameters are the ratio of anoxic zone and aeration zone of 1 : 2, mixture liquid eireumfluenee percent of 200% , the DO of aeration zone of 3.0 mg/L respectively are put forward. Under this condition, the energy consumption is reduced and the capacity against shock load is increased.
