摘要
由于船舶行业特殊的用工模式,劳资纠纷日益突出。纠纷的多发性、群体性、解决难度大、非诉讼告状是当前船舶修造行业劳资纠纷的主要特点。舟山市的船舶修造企业同样存在因劳动关系不明确等原因而引起的劳资纠纷现象。建立纠纷的预防机制、调解机制、监管机制及利益协调机制等解决劳资纠纷的多元机制,是避免和减少劳资纠纷,构建和谐劳动关系,促进舟山船舶修造业健康发展的重要因素之一。
The particular employment pattem of shipbuilding industries causes a lot of labour disputes. The frequency of disputes, group disputes, the difficulty to be settled and non-litigious complaints are the common characteristics of this category of disputes. Among ship-building industries in Zhoushan City, owning to the uncertainty of labor relations, there are labor disputes as well. It is necessary to establish multiple mechanisms for dispute prevention, mediation, supervision and coordination in order to avoid and reduce disputes between employers and employees so as to build up harmonious labor relations and to promote the healthy development of the ship-building industries in Zhoushan.
