This paper aims to probe into Yan Geling＇ s female narrative which refers both to her narrative in the perspective of females and to the predominance of feminine qualities in her writings. As thus, Yan Geling has in her writing endeavored to dissolve the essential power of the epochal ideology and to sketch history in its true colors： a fresher history made up of a life of freedom, naturalness and primitivism.
