摘要 为了有效解决现有电子警察系统中存在的缺陷,提出一种新型电子警察的设计方法.在硬件上基于高速模拟电路、高速DSP和大规模可编程逻辑器件设计高清摄像机,在软件上采用检测区域、虚拟线和背景帧差相结合的检测方法,并结合全天候图像亮度特征信息分析,实现了车辆实时检测与违章记录的有效采集的性能要求.实验结果表明通过新方法设计的系统稳定可靠,实时性强,检测率高,记录有效率高,完全满足应用要求. To effectively improve the current electronic police system, a new electronic police design method is proposed. This method adopts high-definition video cameras as its hardware platform, and effective video-based Vehicle detection algorithm as its software support. Hardware platform is based on high-speed analog circuits, high-speed DSP( digital signal processor) and large-scale programmable logic device, and detection algorithm is a combination of detection region, virtual line and background subtraction techniques. Besides, the analysis of all-weather image brightness characteristics information is considered. All these make our system realize the function of real-time vehicle detection and the function of effective collection of vehicle violation records. Experimental results show that the new system is stable and reliable, with strong real-time feature and high detection rate, which fully meets the application requirements.
