摘要
为了提高平视显示器视差的调校精度及效率,提出一种基于计算机视觉的视差测量方法.详细论述了该方法的测量原理,并对其测量装置的光学系统进行了详细设计.物镜采用内调焦结构设计,通过棱镜转像后将目标成像于焦平面,再由分光棱镜分束后分别被目镜和CCD物镜接收,满足了不同视距下调焦的合理性以及像质的优良性,实现了目视光学系统和CCD光电系统两路同步接收的功能.该光学系统组成复杂、结构紧凑、像质优良,与图像处理技术相结合,使得测量结果更具客观性.
In order to improve the precision and efficiency of the measurement of parallax of Head-Up Display (HUD), a new method, which is based on computer vision, is put forward to automatically measure the parallax. In this paper, the test principle of this method is discussed, and the optical system is designed particularly. The objective with inner-focusing can satisfy the rationality of focus and create excellent imaging quality at different viewing distances. The target is imaged on the focal plane through the prism which is used to reverse the image, and then is incepted respectively by ocular and CCD objective through the spectroscope. Thus the function of synchro inception between visual optical system and CCD photoelectric system is realized. With its complicated composing, compact configuration and fine image quality, this optical system gets a more objective test result with the combination of image processing technology.
