当前发生的金融危机是经济周期规律对经济增长方式和金融泡沫的矫正,此次的石油价格剧烈波动正是这场金融危机的一部分。始于2008年7月中旬的油价暴跌是对近年来石油牛市泡沫的挤压,是投机回归理性、价格回归价值的过程。金融危机对产油国和消费国都产生了巨大的影响,同时也意味着未来的世界能源图景和新秩序处于重构之中。解决金融危机和气候危机都需要大量的投资,需要整个经济体系的再造和人们生活方式的改变。这种绿色投资将改变人类在能源供应和消费发展模式上不的可持续性。因此,低碳经济将是人类走出金融危机、石油危机和气候危机的必然选择。世界不但需要一场能源革命,也需要一场价值观革命。

The current financial meltdown can be regarded as a rule of economic cycle to restructure economic pattern and squeeze inflated bubble in the market. Dramatic fluctuation in oil price is partly blamed on the global financial crisis. Plummeting oil price since the middle of July 2008 is helpful to end the extremely booming bull market, crack down on irrational speculation and drag price back to actual value. The financial crisis has exerted significant impact on both oil producing countries and consuming countries and suggested restructuring a new order for global energy market is underway. Tremendous investment, restructured economic system and human lifestyle change are needed to bail out financial sectors and turn around the trend in climate change. Such green investments are essential to reverse the non-sustainable situation in energy supply and development mode. Therefore, low-carbon-driving economic growth is the only solution to move away from financial meltdown, petroleum crisis and climate change. The world needs not only an energy revolution, but a revolution on sense of value.
