老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病气道炎症痰白介素-16检测的研究 被引量:3

IL-16 in Senile Chronic Obstructive Pulmanary Disease (COPD) and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的探讨白介素-16(IL-16)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)气道炎症中的作用。方法收集60例老年COPD患者(重度20例、中度19例、轻度21例)发作、缓解期痰液,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定痰IL-16水平。结果急性发作期老年重度、中度COPD患者(4240.7±296.36、3125.87±286.35)pg/ml、缓解期痰IL-16(1737.59±367.81、1564.34±478.99)pg/ml水平高于轻度COPD患者发作期(173.75±31.26)pg/ml、缓解期(129.27±23.89)pg/ml,重度、中度组治疗后痰IL-16水平明显下降。结论IL-16参与了COPD气道炎症的发病过程,监测痰IL-16的动态变化,可以较好地反应中央气道炎症情况,但对COPD无太大的诊断价值。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the role of IL 16 in the process of airway inflammation of chronic obstructive pulmanory disease (COPD) patients. METHODS The sputum of 60 COPD elderly was collected in the period of exacerbation and alleviation. Serum level of IL 16 was tested using ELISA. RESULTS IL-16 level was higher in severe [(4240.7±296.36, 1737.59±367.81)pg/ml] and moderate [(3125.87_+286.35, 1564.34±478.99)pg/ ml] COPD patients in exacerbation and alleviation period than in mild patients (173.75±31.26, 129.27±23.89) pg/ml and IL-16 level decreased after effective therapy. airway inflammation.
