Enhancing Hospital Infection Management and Ensuring Medical Safety

目的了解医院感染管理现状,探讨医院感染管理的有效方法,预防医院感染的发生。方法加强医院感染知识培训,对医院感染及其相关危险因素进行督查、监测、分析和反馈,密切关注医院病原菌耐药及科室分布情况,有针对性地提出控制措施并指导实施。结果提高了医务人员对医院感染管理的认识,使各项医院管理制度与措施得以顺利实施,控制了医院感染。结论加强医院感染管理督导检查,对重点部门实行个性化管理是控制医院感染、保证医疗安全的有效方法。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the current situation of hospital infection management, investigate effective methods of hospital infection management and prevent hospital infection. METHODS The criteria of hospital infection management were established and consummated, and medical workers training was enhanced. Hospital infection and its risk factors were monitored, analyzed and feedbacked. We paid close attention to drug resistance and its distribution condition in our hospital. Some certificates for sterile apparatus and disposable medical supplies were examined and verified. RESULTS Hospital, workerst knowledge on hospital infection management was enhanced. Hospital infection was controlled through enforcing many kinds of management measures. CONCLUSIONS Enhancing hospital infection inspection and managing some important departments directly are safe and effective methods for controlling hospital infection and ensuring medical safety.
