摘要
目的了解儿科门诊抗菌药物的使用情况。方法随机抽取2007年1-6月儿科门诊处方6320张,统计抗菌药物使用情况,并评价用药合理性。结果抗菌药物使用处方占统计处方的62.5%,共使用抗菌药物7类;头孢菌素类占抗菌药物DDDs最高为36.03%,其次是大环内酯类为28.13%,青霉素及复合制剂为25.71%;联合用药占抗菌药物处方30.00%,DDDs前10位的抗菌药物有4种,DUI>1.0。结论医院儿科门诊抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但应注意病原菌耐药性问题。
OBJECTIVE To understand the use of antibiotics in pediatric outpatients in our hospital. METHODS Total of 6320 prescriptions for pediatric outpatients from Jan to Jun of 2006 were randomly collected. RESULTS Antibiotics use accounted for 69.6%, and 7 kinds antibiotics were used. The DDPs of cephalosporins accounted for 36.03 %, macrolides for of 33.7 % and penicillins for 25.71%. The combination antibiotics usage was 30 % in the statistical prescriptions of antibiotics. Four antibiotics were among top 10 kinds of the antibacterials with DUI 1. CONCLUSIONS The antibiotics are rationally used in pediatric outpatients in our hospital, but some attention should also be paid to their resistance.
