摘要
心理契约作为图书馆与馆员之间对彼此责任和义务进行规定的内隐性契约,与馆员的职业生涯发展息息相关。因此,图书馆在进行组织职业生涯规划时,除了显性的合约外,更重要的是要重视构建员工和组织之间的心理契约的动态平衡,并从心理契约的角度去进行组织职业生涯规划和管理,设置多重职业发展路径、实行有效的激励机制并对馆员进行科学合理的培训,激励员工的自我发展欲望,使个人职业生涯规划与图书馆发展目标相结合,形成利益的共同体,实现双赢。
Psychological contract, as a contract performing mutual responsibilities and obligations between the Libraries and Librarians, is very important for librarian career development. So, during the couse of planning librarian career, it is more important for library to construct the dynamic balance of psychological contract. between libraries and librarians and to carry out organizational career planning and management from the perspective of psychological contract. By setting multiple career paths,implementing an effective incentive mechanism and training librarians, libraries can motivate the desire of self-development of staff, fuse the individual career planning and integration of the Library Development ,and ultimately realize the common development of libraries and librarians.
