摘要
知识及知识管理是企业生产活动中的关键要素,知识创新是企业知识管理的核心。正确分析和评价企业的知识创新能力,对于促进企业知识创新、提高企业知识管理水平以及增强企业竞争优势,具有重要的现实意义。本文基于知识管理的视角构建了企业知识创新能力的评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价模型对企业知识创新能力进行了综合评价。
Knowledge and knowledge management are key factors in enterprise production actions, knowledge innovation is the core of enterprise knowledge management. It is very important to improve the level of knowledge innovation and competition of enterprise that analyzing and evaluating knowledge innovation ability of enterprise accurately. The judgment system of enterprise knowledge innovation ability based on knowledge management was established, and the enterprise knowledge innovation ability was synthetically analyzed by fuzzy judgment model in this paper.
