摘要
用低维生素E(VE)和添加不饱和脂肪酸的日粮饲喂雏鸡,建立VE缺乏雏鸡模型。分离全血淋巴细胞,制备淋巴细胞膜蛋白,用SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳法检测淋巴细胞膜蛋白组分变化。结果表明,VE缺乏组雏鸡淋巴细胞膜蛋白带Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ含量高于对照组,带Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ含量低于对照组,组间差异显著或极显著,带Ⅴ无显著变化。提示VE对维持雏鸡淋巴细胞膜结构起重要作用。
The model chicken with the Vitamin E(VE )deficiency was set up by feeding low VE diet and adding unsaturated fatty acid in the ration. The protein constituents of lymphocytes membrane were detected by SDSPAGE. The results showed that,the contents of lymphocytes membrane protein band Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ in experimental chicken were significantly higher(P〈0.01) and band Ⅳ , Ⅵ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ were significantly lower(P〈0.05, P〈0.01) than that the control group,but there was not any significant difference in band V between the two groups(P〈 0.05) ,indieateing that VE plays an important role in maintaining membrane's structure of lymphocyte in chicken.
