摘要
世界各国都非常重视法律的监督问题。作为法治国家,美国联邦职业技术教育法律的监督体现了美国联邦层次法律监督的共同原则和精神。有许多值得我们借鉴的地方。文章从法律监督的主体、监督的方式和监督的功能三个方面概括了美国联邦职业技术教育法律监督的机制。
The monitoring mechanism of federal legislation for vocational and technical education manifest the following characteristics: multi-subject participation and whole process monitoring by governmental institutions of various level, non- governmental institutions, individuals and special institutions, monitoring mode adopting the mechanism of mutual restriction and the procedure of mutual gaming, and sustainable updating with the changing of practice, which have many advantages: assuring that legislation can reflect the requirement of different groups and individuals in huge degree, laying strong founda- tion for stable development of vocational and technical education, and it also have significant enlightenments for monitoring view and mechanism of vocational and technical education legislation in China.
