黏膜下激素注射联合扩张治疗难治性食管良性狭窄

Intralesional injection of corticosteroids combine dilation in treatment of refractory benign esophageal stricture

目的探讨黏膜下糖皮质激素注射联合扩张治疗难治性食管良性狭窄的疗效。方法选择经反复单纯扩张治疗失败的16例难治性食管良性狭窄的病例,进行探条扩张治疗联合黏膜下注射琥珀酸氢化可的松的治疗方法,观察症状的变化及再狭窄的间隔时间。结果所有患者均成功行探条扩张及黏膜下激素注射治疗,单纯扩张治疗时症状平均缓解时间为25.56d,扩张联合黏膜下激素治疗症状平均缓解时间为175.31d。结论黏膜下注射糖皮质激素可有效减少扩张次数,延长再狭窄时间。

【Objective】To evaluate the efficacy of intralesional injection of corticosteroids combine dilation in the treatment of refractory benign esophageal stricture.【Methode】16 patients with refractory benign esophageal stricture who failed in endoscopic dilation were selected.They were treated by intralesional injection of corticosteroids combine dilation.Observe the change of symptomes and interval time of esophageal restricture again.【Result】All patients succeed by therapy of dilation and intralesional injection corticosteroids,the average time of symptom relieve only by dilation was 25.56 days,but the average time of intralesional injection of corticosteroids combine dilation was 175.31 days.【Conclusion】It can be concluded that intralesion steroid injection can decrease the requirement for repetition of dilation and increase restenosis time.
