腹腔镜手术治疗结石嵌顿性胆囊炎的临床价值

Clinical value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for calculus incarcerated cholelecystitis

目的探讨腹腔镜处理结石嵌顿性胆囊炎的的临床价值。方法对2004年1月～2007年12月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的116例结石嵌顿性胆囊炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果107例患者成功完成腹腔镜胆囊切除术,手术成功率为92.2%(107/116)。9例中转开腹,1例术后出现胆漏,无肝外胆管损伤、术后再出血等严重并发症发生。结论腹腔镜处理是可行的,熟练规范的腹腔镜操作技术是成功的关键。

【Objective】To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） for calculus incarcerated cholecystitis.【Methods】The clinical data of 116 cases of LC for calculus incarcerated cholecystitis from January 2004 to December 2007 was analysed retrospectively.【Results】107 cases of calculus incarcerated cholecystitis were successfully operated,the success rate was 92.2%. 9 cases were converted to laparotomy,1 cases were complicated with bile leakage.There was no extrahepatic bile duct injury and bleeding occurred post operation.【Conclusions】 LC for calculus incarcerated cholecystitis is feasible.Perfect techniques of laparoscopic procedure are crucial factor.
