联合鼻内镜手术治疗变应性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效探讨

目的探讨联合鼻内镜手术治疗变应性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法57例变应性鼻-鼻窦炎在鼻内镜下行手术治疗,联合围手术期抗变态反应治疗,术后随访6～12个月。结果变应性鼻-鼻窦炎治愈84.21%(48/57),好转12.28%(7/57),无效3.51%(2/57);Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型变应性鼻-鼻窦炎的治愈率分别为92.68%(38/41)和62.50%(10/16),两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无严重手术并发症发生。结论鼻内镜手术联合抗变态反应治疗变应性鼻-鼻窦炎疗效显著,具有临床应用价值。

【Objective】To study the therapeutic effect of combined endoscopic sinus surgery（ESS） for allergic rhinosinusitis.【Methods】57 cases of allergic rhinosinusitis were treated with ESS combined with antiallergies therapy both pre- and post-operatively,and followed up for six to twelve months.【Results】The total（cured and improved） efficiency of allergic rhinosinusitis of type Ⅰ～Ⅱ was 96.49%,the cure rate was 92.68% for type Ⅰ,62.50% for type Ⅱ,there was significant statistical difference in cure rate between type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ（P 〈0.05）.No severe surgical complications occurred.【Conclusions】ESS combined with antiallergies therapy is highly effective for treating patients with allergic rhinosinusitis.
