经鼻内镜腺样体切除结合双侧扁桃体低温等离子消融术治疗小儿鼾症

目的探讨经鼻内镜腺样体切除后采用等离子消融术处理扁桃体肥大手术方式的优势。方法将112例腺样体合并有扁桃体肥大的儿童,随机分为扁桃体消融组和剥离组,对手术后出血、发热、疼痛指数、打鼾以及扁桃体炎急性发作等临床症状进行分析比较。结果消融组患儿手术后仍然有约1/4的扁桃体被保留。两组在术后出血、疼痛指数、发热等方面均有明显的差异。结论扁桃体消融技术具有微创、痛苦小、康复快的特点,保留部分扁桃体功能,特别适用于儿童患者。

【Objective】It＇s dominance was studied that adenoidal resection and tonsillar low-temperature plasma excision in endoscope.【Method】 112 cases children with hyperplasia of adenoids and hypertrophy of tonsils were divided randomly ablation and dissection groups.The different clinical index were analyzed.【Result】 The conspicuous difference was compared that operating bleeding,algesic index,postoperative fever.【Conclusion】The tonsillar low-temperature plasma excision is mini-trauma,light painful,fastly convalescence.This operative method is especially suitable for children patients.
