术后引流管堵塞床旁改良管中管冲洗在临床上的应用

Value of improved pipe in pipe method to treat obstructed drainage tube after operation

目的探讨在术后引流管堵塞床旁改良管中管冲洗在临床上的应用价值。方法对13例术中放置橡胶引流管因侧孔堵塞致术后引流不畅,在床旁于原引流管的体外暴露端任意部位戳一小孔,在此插入静脉输液针(剪去针头)冲洗引流。结果经过引流管改良,冲洗引流疏通了堵塞的侧孔,达到引流通畅、减轻症状、控制感染的效果,起到治愈目的,效果满意。结论取材方便、操作简单、不需要更换引流管或再手术引流,患者无任何痛苦,缩短了住院时间。

【Objective】Approach the clinical use value of the way which is an improved pipe in pipe at beside if drainage tube is obstructed after operation.【Method】For 13 patients,whose rubber drainage tubes put on operation were drainaged inadequately due to obstructed lateral aperture,poke a pinhole outside of the original drainage tube,inset a infusion needle（snip pinhead） into the pinhole,then douche and drain.【Result】There was a satisfied effect that the obstructed pipe became easy and smooth again,the symptom was relieved and the infection was under control.【Conclusion】Obtain the materials conveniently,manipulate simply,do not need to replace drainage tube or operate again,no pain for patient,and shorten the length of stay.
