小通道腹腔镜下精索内血管集束高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张

Mini-tract laparoscopic high ligation of the spermatic blood vessel for varicocele

目的探讨腹腔镜下治疗精索静脉曲张的新方法。方法回顾性分析50例精索静脉曲张患者实施小通道腹腔镜下精索内血管集束高位结扎术的情况,包括手术时间、术后恢复情况等。结果全部患者均顺利完成手术,用时25～60min,平均35min,无严重并发症。总住院时间3、4d,平均3.3d。46例术后随访3～12个月均无复发。结论小通道腹腔镜下精索内血管集束术治疗精索静脉曲张,手术时间短,创伤小,恢复快,疗效满意,值得推广应用。

【Objective】To explore the new method of laparoscopic treatment for varicocele.【Methods】Clinical records of 50 cases of mini-tract laparoscopic high ligation of the spermatic blood vessel between June 2006 and December 2007 were retrospectively analyzed,including the time of operation,the restitution after operation,et al.【Results】All the operations were completed successfully.The operation time was 25～60 min（mean,35 min） without severe complication.The hospital stay was 3～4 days（mean,3.3 days）.Follow-up observations for 3～12 months in 46 cases found none cases of recurrence.【Conclusions】Mini-tract laparoscopic high ligation of the spermatic blood vessel is an effective method for varicocele,with short time of operation,minimal invasion and quick recovery,good cosmetic results.Consequently,it deserves application and popularization.
