关节镜监视下微创经皮螺丝钉内固定治疗低能量胫骨平台骨折 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨关节镜监视下微创经皮螺丝钉内固定治疗低能量胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2001年12月~2007年2月在关节镜监视下经皮螺丝钉内固定治疗低能量胫骨平台骨折36例,其中男21例,女15例;年龄18~68岁,平均36岁。按Schatzker分型:Ⅰ型16例,Ⅱ型12例,Ⅲ型8例。结果36例随访6~24个月,平均12个月,所有骨折均获骨性愈合,患膝按照Lysholm膝关节评分标准,优29例(80.5%),良4例(11.1%),可3例(8.4%),总体优良率91.6%。结论关节镜监视下经皮螺丝钉内固定治疗低能量胫骨平台骨折复位满意,固定可靠,关节功能恢复快、恢复好,镜下手术创伤小,并发症少,还能同时处理关节内并发伤及其他疾病,治疗低能量胫骨平台骨折有一定的优越性。 【Objective】 To investigate the clinical effect of internal fixation which use screws with under arthroscopie for the treatment of the low energy tibia】 plateau fracture. 【Methods】 A total of 36 patients with tibial plateau fraeture were treated by arthroseopic fixation between December 2001 and february 2007. The Thirty-six patients of low energy tibial plateau fracture, including 21 male and 15 female, with an average of 36 years ranging from 18 to 68 years. There were 16 eases in type Ⅰ of Schatzker, 12 eases in type Ⅱ, 8 eases in type Ⅲ. 【Results】 All 36 patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months, mean 12 months. All the fractures have get the bone wnion. The effect were evaluated by Lysholm calcification, 29 excellent, 4 good and 3 fair, the rate of excellent heal was 91.6%. 【Conclusions】 The internal fixation which use screws with pereutuneous under arthroscope for the treatment of the low energy tibial plateall fracture has the advantage of the fracture replacement and fixation, the joint functional recovery is faster and better, the surgical trauma is reduced, the complication is fewer. Even move it can treat the other injury and disease.
