Through empirical analysis on various cyclical factors such as the inventory cycle, the real estate cycle, business equipment investment cycle, negative wealth effects on the securities market as well as the impacts of external economic situation, the paper discussed the driving force which promotes China＇s long fast economic growth is getting deteriorated, revealed the impropriety of China＇s current plan of stimulating economy. On basis of which, the paper put forwards some constructive suggestions as thoroughly changing Chinese traditional economic development model of ＂wealthy nation, poor people＂.
