摘要
根据运用和检修中产品的日常故障建立FRACAS产品故障信息系统,分析故障模式对产品和整车产生的影响,判定故障等级,确定危险程度,并对控制因子和可能导致危险的故障模式采取了风险控制和预防措施,明显减少了故障的发生,提高了产品可靠性。同时介绍了RAMS参数体系的定义和计算方法。
In light of the common troubles of products in operation,inspection and repair,the FRACAS product trouble information system is set up,the effect of trouble mode on the products and the car is analyzed,the grade of troubles is decided,the degree of danger is determined.The risk control and preventative measures are taken for the control factors and the trouble mode which may cause danger.The troubles are reduced obviously.The reliability of products is improved.Furthermore,the definitions and calculation method of the system of RAMS parameters are described.
