摘要
钻采工具的研发需要中间试验手段,利用现场井试验风险大、效果差,有必要根据钻采工具的使用工况特点,建立一套模拟现场工艺和工况的试验系统。设计研制了大港油田钻采工具试验基地试验系统,介绍了该系统的组成、功能、技术参数、工艺流程和试验验证情况。
The middle test means was needed for drilling tools development. Making use of higher risk of site test on oilfield with low effect, the practical working condition was as the base to set up complete on-site process and test report. Combining the test report of drilling tool in Dagang Oilfield, the system component, function, technical parameter, process and evaluation were introduced.
