摘要
本文讨论用时间平均全息干涉图测定三维微幅振动的两种快速算法。介绍了三重象法测振的基本原理、计算公式、计算机程序框图及计算实例。计算结果表明,这两种算法对于处理复杂形体的微幅振动是方便而有效的。
This paper presents two fast algorithms for quantitative determination of 3D minute amplitude of vibrating object. The principle of time-averaged holography, the method of triple holograms, computational formulas, the flow diagram of computer program and an calculating example are presented. The calculating results demonstrate that these algorithms are accurate as well as convenient for determining minute amplitude of complex objects.
