教育在三峡库区劳动力转移过程中的作用分析

Role of education in labour force transfer in TGP reservoir area

自改革开放初期劳动力转移问题开始进入学术研究视野起,劳动力转移问题就逐步成为学者们探讨的热点之一。随着"三农"问题关注度的提高,如何实现富余劳动力的顺畅转移问题就成为人们关注的热点。而要明确此问题必须弄清楚其影响因素。城乡二元经济结构、所在区域工业化水平、城镇化比率、劳动力受教育水平、城乡收入差距等都是影响劳动力顺畅转移的重要因素。选择其中的教育因素为切入点,分析教育在三峡库区劳动力转移过程中的作用,为解决劳动力转移问题提供了一种思路。

Since labour force transfer issue entered the research scope in initial period of reform and opening-up,labor force transfer issue was gradually becoming one of hot issues discussed by scholars,as more attention on the problems of China′s agriculture,rural areas and farmers,how to smoothly transfer suplus labor force become a focus.To make the labor force transfer issue clear must to define its influence factors.The dual structure in urban and rural economy,industrialization level,urbanization ratio,education level of labor,urban and rural income difference etc.are all inflence factors of smooth labor transfer.This paper selects education factor as main point to analyze the role of education in labor transfer process in TGP reservoir area,and provides a thought train for solving labor force transfer problem.
